BODY - MORPHOSIS

How the things we do change our bodies over time

Metamorphosis: Welcome

The following instructional videos serve to primarily to prevent and address minor muscular strain in which the muscle is too tight, overstretched or torn due to overuse, fatigue, or improper use. For each joint, I give a mixture of exercises for stretching or strengthening the muscles that surround and stabilize that joint.

For example, if you are experiencing pain and injury in the knee, it is important to strengthen and stretch the muscles that support the knee. These include the muscles of the lower leg (gastrocnemius and soleus) and the upper leg (quadriceps, hamstrings, and hip rotators). These exercises do not constitute medical advice.
